Our office is closed and there will be no cleaning or concierge services scheduled on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas.

Note: Earth Angels works on many federal holidays. You can expect us if your cleaning date falls on a holiday other than those above.

To ensure that all your needs are promptly addressed, please communicate all requests and changes directly to the office via phone or email. We will in turn notify the appropriate staff.

Most clients give us a key, which we keep securely in our office whenever it is not in use, and establish a guest code for the alarm, garage door or gate if necessary. You can also hide a key on the premises or simply make sure someone will be home to let us in.

We accept cash, checks or Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Payment in full is due at the time of service, and your credit card number may be securely retained as backup payment for undisputed delinquent balances.

If we arrive at your home and payment hasn’t been made in advance or left for us, we will contact you immediately. If satisfactory arrangements are not made and we’re unable to perform the scheduled service, we will charge our full fee based on the time we reserved for you, which is immediately due and payable. Any check returned from your bank will be assessed an additional $45 fee.

Cancellations received less than 2 business days before a scheduled appointment, no-shows and lock-outs are charged the full fee of the scheduled service to protect our employees, who depend on this income. We will charge your credit card accordingly, and if no credit card is on file, the cancellation fee is immediately due and payable. Cancellations made after 5 pm are considered "the next business day."

Please note the following cancellation schedule to avoid being charged:

  • Monday clients are required to cancel by 5 pm on the preceding Wednesday
  • Tuesday clients cancel by 5 pm on Thursday
  • Wednesday clients cancel by 5 pm on Friday
  • Thursday clients cancel by 5 pm on Monday
  • Friday clients cancel by 5 pm on Tuesday
  • Saturday (special request) clients are required to cancel by 5 pm Wednesday

We require our employees not lift or move anything heavier than 35 lbs, climb no higher than a 2-step ladder and wear shoes at all times. We do not clean bodily fluids, pet accidents or any other substances that may pose health and safety hazards to our employees.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If something has been overlooked or you’re not completely satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return the next business day to correct the problem at no additional charge.

Should any damage or breakage occur while we’re cleaning, we’ll let you know right away and leave a note if you’re not home. If you notice something’s been damaged or broken, notification must be made within 48 hours of service, and be sure to save the broken item for our inspection. The owner will promptly contact you, review the incident on a case by case basis and make every effort to repair, or if necessary, replace the item up to $100 when value is verified.

Non-Solicitation Agreement
Earth Angels Green Cleaning clients may not solicit current or former staff members to be contracted or employed by you or your affiliations for cleaning or concierge services of any kind one full year after employment termination. If you’d like to hire/contract one of our workers to work independently for you or your affiliates, you may request such services by informing our office in writing. If Earth Angels approves your request, you will be required to pay a $3000 referral fee within 30 days. If the fee is not paid, Earth Angels Green Cleaning reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection.

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.

Privacy Policy
Because our workplace is your home, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We guarantee complete discretion, careful attention to the security of your home, and the privacy of your personal information. Keys will be kept securely and returned promptly if service is cancelled. We will not share, rent, or sell any personal information we collect from you, including your email address, without your explicit consent.
